The company Egglogix has set a goal to change the way we prepare and eat eggs. The Eggxer product developed by "Gizmo Engineering" uses innovative technology that allows mixing the egg white with the yolk inside the eggshell. The product's development began when a father tried to find a solution for his children who refused to eat the egg yolk, which contains nutrients, and would only eat the white.
The solution of mixing eggs inside their shell actually creates a new dish, as after cooking the egg and removing the shell, you discover an egg with a uniform texture and a golden color, both inside and out. The use of the mixer is simple, allowing even children to perform the task. To mix, place the egg in the mixer and mix until the egg turns dark.
Using a transparent lid allows the user to easily monitor the process. After the mixing operation is complete, the egg should be cooked as usual and peeled to see the final result.
